Minnetonka loves us

Let me tell you, there is nothing that yanks you out of your pregnancy death hole like new shoes.

Minnetonkas, to be specific.

We all love them. We put our babies in them and we try to get our husbands to wear them and we wear them, all kinds of them, so you're not needing me to argue for the why's of Minnetonka ownership, right?

Right.

So, I won't.

I'll just show you some pics of me wearing them. I recommend you focus on the shoes, but if my 12 (24ish?) week old belly distracts you, I won't hold it against you. I keep no record of wrongs.

You know how it's always specifically not storming and raining here in SoCal? Well, because my procrastinating always and forever pays off, the day I dragged Mary (my 6 year old) outside to take photos of me in my new boots it was as if the heavens opened up to un-drought the entire state. Perfect!

Anyway, here was her first take. Solid!

I eventually dragged my beloved mother outside to take a few more and she was just snapping away saying reassuring phrases like "I can't see anything!" "I hope I'm doing this right!" "Where's the button again?"

We got a few more keepers.

Anyway, finally we got, like, a photo suitable for sending back to the wonderful Minnetonkans which was important BECAUSE they featured it on their blog!! They featured it along with the Grace of all Graces for a super cute and creative campaign they are doing called One Style, Two Ways. See how we did it? One boot, two looks? Two very nice professional photographs? Two hands on two hips?? Boom!
